As a member of the Central Assessment Team, the Associate AID Inpatient Therapist, housed within the Brooklyn Park hospital, collaborates with the Central Intake Team, psychiatry providers and nursing staff to integrate relevant clinical data and substantiate medical necessity for recommended level of mental health care. This role is responsible for conducting mental health clinical interviews, completing safety risk and diagnostic assessments and integrating relevant gathered clinical data as part of the multidisciplinary admissions process. This role may also render provisional mental health diagnoses and inform a patient’s ongoing mental health treatment plan. This role requires a high degree of case conceptualization, consultation and collaboration with internal and external interdisciplinary resources in service of coordinating admissions to the inpatient hospital.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Pay range for this position is $26 to $34 depending on education and experience.
