JOB SUMMARY: This position will report to the Rehab Manager, who in turn reports to the Director of Rehab. This position is responsible for coordinating and providing rehab office workload assignment coverage for admit clerk and patient service rep team assignments as needed for all outpatient therapy clinics within the PRHC Rehab Department. This position is also responsible for day-to-day service to the public for office related team functions, clerical duties, assisting with efficiency in processing internal and external referrals, coordinating insurance authorization and scheduling services for outpatient therapy services at all clinic locations while ensuring customer service and patient satisfaction. Provides care activities under the direction of Registered Nurse/Paramedic/ED Providers. Provide patient cares/tasks while maintaining a safe and clean environment. Accurate documentation in the patient record of cares/tasks completed. Demonstrates the ability to organize their time effectively and to manage a typical work assignment.  Is able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work assignments, and completes assigned duties within scheduled hours.

JOB SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for working as a clinic RN, maintaining clinic flow for patients and providers.  This position will serve as an immunization/injection nurse in the clinic assisting clinic healthcare providers and patients with coordination and administration of patient immunizations/injections, within the scope of the professional license. This position maintains responsibility for patient medical record and documentation, collection and preparation of specimens, and administration of medications as ordered by the provider. This position will also help oversee and administer the clinic Vaccines for Children (VFC) program in line with clinic leadership expectations.

SIGN ON Bonus: $5,000 (RN) JOB SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible in taking live calls for clinic patients; to provide over the phone assessment, and triage through an active listening and questioning process; documenting in real-time all patient phone encounters and providing home care instruction based on established protocol, scheduling appointments or referring to the providers for direction as appropriate. JOB SUMMARY: The Radiation Oncology Nurse Navigator is a professional registered nurse with oncology expertise who serves as a consistent point of contact for patients and families throughout the radiation oncology continuum of care. The Nurse Navigator guides patients from referral through consultation, treatment, survivorship, and follow-up by providing education, care coordination, symptom management, and psychosocial support. This role works collaboratively with radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, surgeons, primary care providers, therapists, social workers, and ancillary departments to ensure timely access to high-quality, patient-centered care while reducing barriers to treatment.

Responsibilities include analyzing and investigating coding edits and denials within the billing scrubber. Proficient in writing appeals and collaborating with clinical departments and business office on denial patterns and opportunities. Strong understanding of coding guidelines, NCCI edits, CMS regulations, payer edits, and the ability to read and understand EOBs. Strong communication skills and able to critically think through processes. Ability to multi-task and float within the department and complete any duties as assigned.

Performs a variety of duties related to the service of meals to patients/residents. Functions as a member of the department’s team to continuously improve services.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for cleaning of instruments, equipment, and  other small medical items used throughout the facility, preparing packs, sterilization of instruments and supplies, documentation and storage of records, and performing routine monthly and quarterly cleaning, folding and storing linen.
