The U.S. Benefits Manager is a key position supporting the financial management, analysis, strategy and ongoing performance of Dover Corporation’s U.S. Health & Welfare benefit programs for approximately 12,000 U.S. employees across Dover’s operating companies. Programs include medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and health and wellbeing programs. The U.S. Benefits Manager will work closely with OpCo HR teams, benefits vendors, consultants and internal stakeholders to support financial management, plan design, administration, compliance, communication and ongoing program performance.
