Job Title: Regional Medical Director Job Summary Covering North, West, and East Valley The Regional Medical Director is responsible for the strategic coordination, value-based care outcomes, and oversight of all medical care and quality of services provided across multiple clinical centers within the assigned region. This position serves as a member of the Administrative Management Staff and will collaborate with the CMO and Executive Leadership on the development of services, population health program plans, as well as delivery sites and hours of operation to be offered. They ensure proper functioning of day-to-day operations across all regional centers, in coordination with local medical directors and center staff, to provide consistent, high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
