The Home Health Registered Nurse uses an individualized patient care plan to provide top quality care to all of our patients; keeping them Happy, Healthy and at Home. We are seeking a passionate RN for our Baylor (weekend) team in Brunswick, New Hanover, and Penter Counties . This position is Full-Time Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 12 hour days. Full benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with matching, and immediate PTO accrual. Weekend RNs visit 6-8 patients on any given shift, driving to the patients home providing skilled nursing services.
