Swedish is seeking a Per Diem Obstetrics Hospitalist to join the team in Issaquah, Washington. The OB-GYN Hospitalist's primary responsibilities will include evaluation and treatment of patients in a 6-bed OBED, surgical assist, primary OB-GYN coverage for unassigned patients, providing backup for midwifery group, accepting out of hospital transfers, ED coverage, emergency gyn surgeries, care of unassigned gynecology patients requiring admission and/or surgery. Must be comfortable seeing both obstetrics and gynecology patients and demonstrate a strong level of experience. Must be comfortable performing urgent and emergent OB and gynecology surgeries.
