Lead the adult Epilepsy Program and guide EMU development and operations. Build and oversee a high-quality seizure/epilepsy monitoring program. Partner with administration on staffing, resource requirements, and capital planning. Interpret and report EEGs (Paterson/Wayne) and supervise EEG reading panel. Lead CQI/PI initiatives and ensure timely, accurate EEG reporting. Provide education for technologists and nursing staff on EEG and monitor protocols. Review and optimize equipment, maintenance, and vendor utilization. Conduct combined adult/pediatric epilepsy conferences and case reviews. Deliver Grand Rounds and educational lectures, lead epilepsy teaching rounds. Support marketing and outreach to community and referring physicians.
