Mustard Seeds Therapy

Mustard Seeds Therapy is a licensed, multi-disciplinary therapy practice serving children and adults across Nevada and Arizona. We offer Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), and Speech-Language Therapy (SLP), delivered where it works best for you: in your home, at our clinic, or through telehealth.

Our team of licensed therapists works with patients of all ages, from infants and toddlers to school-aged children, adolescents, and adults managing illness, injury, or chronic conditions. Whether a child is working through developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, or communication difficulties or an adult is rebuilding mobility and independence after an injury, we meet each person where they are and build from there.

In Nevada, we provide in-home therapy sessions across Pahrump, Las Vegas, Boulder City, Mesquite, Elko, and surrounding communities. Our clinic is located at 4760 Pahrump Valley Blvd, Pahrump, NV. In Arizona, we serve patients through our Bullhead City clinic and surrounding areas.

What we treat:

• Speech, language, and communication disorders including articulation, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC device support
• Sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and daily living skills through Occupational Therapy
• Mobility, strength, balance, posture, and rehabilitation through Physical Therapy including Pelvic Floor PT and Aquatic Therapy

Every treatment plan is built around the individual, their goals, their daily routine, and their environment. For children, we use play-based, evidence-driven approaches and actively involve parents and caregivers throughout the process. For adults, sessions focus on the functional skills that matter most for day-to-day independence.

Our telehealth services are fully HIPAA-compliant and follow national standards set by ASHA, AOTA, and APTA giving patients across both states access to consistent, quality care from wherever they are.

We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicaid, Medicare, Molina Healthcare, Anthem, Optum, CareSource, and more.
