Hourly + Travel Expenses Outpatient FQHC Credentialing: 30 days Start: 7/7 ideally End: 9/30 Schedule: 35 hours a week by offering 4 hours admin time on Mondays at clinic along with working Tuesday-Thursday Clinic is open M&W 7:30a-5:00p, Tu&Th 7:30a-7:00p & Fr 8:00a-12:00p Ideally would be looking at Tu-Th work schedule Patient Volume: 10-12 ppd Procedures: No procedures.
