SCHEDULE 3RD SHIFT Monday - Thursday, 10:30 pm - 7a 1st shift, weekends, Fri-Sunday, 6:30am – 7P shift differential ABOUT THE ROLE As an LVN or LPN at Belmont Village, you will administer medications, support wellness initiatives, help ensure regulatory compliance and assist with quality monitoring in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You will communicate with healthcare practitioners, ancillary providers, pharmacies, family members, and team members as needed ensuring timely clinical interventions and follow-up.
