The primary purpose of this position is to train and teach staff in accordance with policies. Works directly under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. The instructor assists administration in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating educational in-services. This individual must be an RN, with prior experience leading staff development & educational programs, with supervisory or director level leadership experience in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting.
