Reputable
Do they have social proof? If they cannot name drop 5 people for you to talk to in your industry that are big players you should not work with them.
Boutique
We follow up ALWAYS. Good news, bad news, no news. You will hear from us. The number one biggest frustration we hear is “I do not hear back from my recruiter. I was left in the dark.” Constant Communication is our core value and we live it. You also work directly with the President or the Head of Talent at our firm. We made the conscious choice not to expand to be Big and Corporate because we want our clients to know they get special attention when they work with us.
