Fresno CBAS is an Adult Day Healthcare Center that provides healthcare and social services to individuals 18 and over that have any physical, cognitive, and/or development disabilities. Our mission is to prevent any institutionalization and prioritize independence for all underserved participants through extensive bundled healthcare services that are guided by each participant's goal. Our vision is to become the gold standard for CBAS centers in Fresno County, where participants will strive to sustainably become the driver of all of their medical needs in a safe and comfortable healthcare setting.
