PAY: $145,000- $175,000, based on experience, EOE SHIFT: Full Time, 4 10-hour shifts MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the supervision of the Medical Director, the Physician Assistant (PA) provides direct patient care to the patients of the Willapa Medical Clinic within the scope of the Physician's Assistant Licensure in Washington State. Duties may include, but are not limited to, diagnosing illnesses, developing and managing treatment plans, prescribing medications, performing exams, ordering tests, and educating patients. The PA will work collaboratively alongside the Clinic Physicians to provide quality patient care across a variety of specialties.

On-site role with standard weekday hours: occasional after-hours support for critical incidents or maintenance windows. Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation. The on-call schedule is shared among coworkers, each covering one week at a time.

Pay: According to the Union Contract-DOE $27.43- $46.83 Per Diem- day / night weekends, holidays, EOE Delivers nursing care to assigned patients in collaboration with a Registered Nurse and is accountable for patient care administered during the shift.  The LPN is accountable to the RN, Charge Nurse, and Director of Nursing and is responsible for adhering to all Standards of Nursing Care.

SHIFT: Full-Time – Monday- Friday 8:30AM- 5:00PM (30 minute lunch) MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides professional care to patients who present with urgent, emergent, chronic, or potential health problems.  Provides patient care services under the direction of the provider and/or physician.  Works as a team with other clinic staff in providing timely and appropriate patient services.  Duties include checking vital signs, recording a patient's medical history, evaluate the patient's well being, change dressings and bandages and assists the provider and/or physician in minor procedures as directed.

Pay according to Union Contract DOE: $21.16- $34.84, EOE The Cook performs duties off cooking, serving meals to patients, staff and visitors, meal preparation and work cooperatively within the department and facility. Responsibilities:  Prepares, cooks, and serves meals for patients, guest and staff.  Cleans kitchen and work areas according to posted schedules and as requested. Sets up trays, stocks dining room, prepare salad bar and other related duties as assigned. Store foods and supplies appropriately. Perform other Dietary tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Responsible for performing receptionist and clerical duties, answering the telephone and preparing and compiling records for the nursing unit.  Manages IP visitors, facilitating communication and contribution to a smooth functioning well equipped team. Monitors telemetry, runs strips as appropriate and reports changes to appropriate RN. PAY: According to Union Scale – RRT $34.14 - $51.97 – CRT $29.96 - $45.60, EOE, DOE SHIFT: Per Diem Day/Nights, weekends, holiday    The Respiratory Therapist will work in a variety of settings to evaluate, treat, and manage patients of all ages with respiratory illnesses and other cardiopulmonary disorders. The Respiratory Therapist participates in clinical decision-making and patient education, develops and implements respiratory care plans, applies patient-driven protocols, utilized evidence-based clinical practice guidelines, and participates in health promotion, disease prevention, and disease management. The Respiratory Therapist may be required to exercise considerable independent judgment, under the supervision of a physician, in the respiratory care of patients.

Pay DOE according to Union Contract: $42.46-$83.96/HR, EOE No medical, dental or vision included Accountability for all-nursing care behaviors and professional responsibilities described. The staff nurse is accountable for the delivery of patient care on the unit during the shift.  Responsible for meeting the established Standards of Nursing care managing assigned personnel and promoting collaboration among the disciplines and practices within the Washington State Nurse Practice Act.
