Horn Memorial Hospital (HMH) is a Critical Access Hospital located in Ida Grove in the northwest quadrant of Iowa. HMH is a private, non-profit hospital offering a 24/7 physician-staffed Emergency Department, weekday Same Day Surgery, several visiting specialty clinics, and three busy Rural Health Clinics. An entirely new 18-bed Inpatient unit will be opening in July of 2017. All services are provided by our 185 full- and part-time employees using state-of-the-art equipment and technology.
