SCHEDULE: FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE MONDAY-FRIDAY DAY SHIFT HOURS  SIGN ON BONUS: $5,000 with work commitment JOB SUMMARY Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy for modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician.  Administers treatments and physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.  Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.  Coordinates, delegates and supervises responsibilities assigned to supportive staff.  Participates in operational aspects of the department, maintains department performance versus budget controls and takes appropriate action to remain in budget guidelines.  Ensures that patient charges are accurate and entered on a timely basis.

JOB SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for working as a float for specialty clinics as an RN, maintaining clinic flow for patients and providers.   This position will serve as nursing coverage in the clinic assisting clinic healthcare providers with patient examinations, phone calls, treatments and procedures as they may be performed within a clinic setting under the direction of the provider; within the scope of the professional license.   This position maintains responsibility for patient medical record and documentation, collection and preparation of specimens, and administration of medications as ordered by the provider.
