Community Care Pediatrics Saratoga is looking for an LPN to join their team! This is a full-time position; 36-40 hours per week. The hours are  Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with a half day once per week. Occasional rotating Saturday morning required. **This position is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus!!** Responsibilities: Administer and record vaccines. Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate. Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner. Maintain timely patient flow. Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements. Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider. Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system.
