POSITION SUMMARY: Physical Therapist will accurately evaluate, differentially diagnose, identify deficits in a patient’s functional mobility and activities in their daily lives, develop an individualized treatment plan with patient-centered goals of pain management, prevention of complications and loss of mobility, maximize functional return and arrive at an appropriate discharge disposition.
