The Manager, Billing Services will support the Director , Billing Services   in the selection, direction and development of billing department team members, and will report to the Director,   Billing Services . The Manager will be responsible for assisting team members with problematic bills and questions regarding billing processes. The Manager will be responsible to report on Key Performance Indicators for the department and will be held to the standards identified as benchmarks for each client.
