POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES Performs the nursing process in a safe therapeutic manner in an inpatient setting. Provides direct patient care of assigned patients in the inpatient setting and intensive care unit . Monitors ESRD/AKI patients on dialysis. Supports and adheres to University Health System and department specific policies and standards. Mentors and serves as a clinical role model for all staff. Receives mentoring from.
