DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: Works as part of a team including the Chief Technologist, Administrative Director, and Radiologists to provide a high standard of care to all of our patients to include fluoroscopy, general diagnostic, operating room, trauma room, and portable procedures. SUPERVISION: Reports directly to Nurse Manager and/or Charge Nurse RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Effectively identifies and solves problems in reference to radiology equipment, patient care or radiation safety. Consistently communicates abnormal variances to Charge nurse, Circulating RN or Nurse Manager.
