South Boston neighborhood health center is looking for a Primary Care Physician that shares a passion for and embraces the diversity of its patient population to be part of its team. Physicians requiring visa support are welcome to apply. The primary care physician will practice within a Patient Centered Medical Home model, seeing 18-20 patients per day. Physicians will have assigned patient panels that are capped at 1500 patients. Hours are Monday through Thursday 8:15-8 pm, Friday 8:15-6, Saturday 9-3. Primary Care physicians will see patients roughly 8:15-5:30 four days per week, 11-8 once a week and one Saturday every 8 weeks.
