Therapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapeutic interventions to post-acute and rehabilitation patients
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans
• Evaluate patient progress and document outcomes accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, exercises, and recovery strategies
• Ensure clinical practices follow regulatory, safety, and quality standards
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and care coordination
• Contribute to a patient-centered, compassionate care environment
• Engage in continuous learning, specialty training, and skills development
• Use clinical technology and equipment safely and effectively
