Medical Surgical

Trusted Health is seeking a Medical Surgical Nurse to care for diverse adult patients in acute care settings. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, manage post-surgical and complex medical conditions, and coordinate interdisciplinary care. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult medical-surgical patients, including assessments, medication administration, and care planning
• Monitor vital signs, interpret clinical data, and promptly escalate changes in patient status
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, evidence-based care
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, discharge plans, and self-care strategies
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record and maintain regulatory and hospital standards
• Support new workflows and technology-enabled staffing processes in partnership with Trusted Health platform
