Job Description
Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Weekend Package Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care to seniors in our long-term and assisted living communities. In this role, you'll complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate individualized care plans. You'll collaborate closely with physicians and care teams, supervise support staff, and ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents during weekend shifts, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
- Monitor patient conditions, document status, and update care plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care
- Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other care staff to ensure quality standards
- Educate residents and families on care plans, treatments, and health management
- Respond to emergencies, perform triage, and follow appropriate clinical protocols
- Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records and required documentation
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings
