Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient condition and develop appropriate physical intervention plans.
- Implement physical therapy interventions to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part.
- Help patients achieve their maximum performance and level of functioning while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.
- Participate in the formulation of patient treatment plans and goal setting.
- Provide education to patients and families about proper safe use and recommended interventions.
- Regularly assess treatment efficacy and adjust as necessary.
