Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting
- Conduct psychological assessments and testing; interpret results and prepare integrated reports
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and care teams to coordinate comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record
- Participate in case consultations, peer review, and clinical team meetings
- Provide crisis evaluation, safety planning, and appropriate referrals as needed
- Engage in continuing education to maintain licensure and clinical best practices
- Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver remote services when appropriate
- Uphold ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA and professional codes of conduct
