Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and prioritize treatment based on clinical evaluation.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide comprehensive documentation according to hospital policies.
- Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals to formulate treatment plans.
- Provide direct care and make quick decisions based on best practices and protocols established by the healthcare organization.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, preventive measures, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Act in a composed and efficient manner during unforeseen or emergency situations.
