Responsibilities
- Provide holistic, evidence-based nursing care across the patient continuum
- Perform assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for effectiveness and safety
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapies, and self-care
- Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation and uphold quality standards
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements
