REGISTERED NURSE

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care across assigned patients
• Perform comprehensive assessments, develop and update care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and protocols
• Document accurately in EHR using Trusted's digital tools and workflows
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and discharge plans
• Escalate changes in patient status and participate in care conferences
• Use data-driven insights to optimize workflows and quality metrics
• Support a culture of safety, inclusivity, and continuous improvement
• Adapt to flexible assignments across facilities or care settings as needed
