Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered nursing care in accordance with patient's care plan.
- Evaluate and monitor the patient's conditions and make appropriate reports.
- Administer medications, monitor side effects and document therapy effects.
- Assist with daily living activities, including dressing, mobility, administering nutrition, and managing hygiene.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medical interventions, and health promotion activities.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in administering medications and complex therapies.
- Ability to monitor and record symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailed knowledge of emergency care and physical therapy modalities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
