Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic medical sonography procedures accurately, adhering to department protocols
- Maintain and manage ultrasound equipment, reporting any malfunctions or inconsistencies
- Prepare patients mentally and physically before examinations, explaining procedures
- Record, analyze and document medical data accurately to assist healthcare professionals in diagnosis and treatment
- Ensure hygiene and sterilization criteria are met at all times
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care and workflow within the department
