Accountable Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse for a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry assignment. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality bedside care, monitor complex telemetry, administer medications, and manage diverse patient populations on MS/Tele units. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to MS/Tele patients in acute care settings
- Continuously monitor and interpret telemetry and vital signs
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team on care plans
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMREducate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital policies
- Adapt quickly to new hospital environments and unit procedures
