Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in diverse travel assignments across acute, post-acute, and outpatient settings
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care per provider orders and facility protocols
- Monitor, document, and report patient status, vital signs, and responses to interventions in EMR systems
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatments, discharge instructions, and ongoing self-care
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards in all clinical environments
- Float and adapt quickly to new units, workflows, and facility policies while maintaining high-quality care
- Communicate effectively with Accountable's clinical leadership and recruiters regarding assignments and performance
