Job Description
Join Trilogy Health Services as an Infection Control & Wound Nurse, supporting seniors in a compassionate long-term care setting. Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor infection prevention and control protocols across the facility
- Perform wound assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct wound care
- Educate staff, residents, and families on infection control and wound management best practices
- Conduct audits, surveillance, and reporting of infection trends and outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams on care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of infection control activities and wound care treatments
- Assist with staff training, orientation, and ongoing competency checks
- Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance for infection prevention and wound care
