Job Details:
- Locum Tenens engagement with specific shift availability needed for the following dates: 10/7, 10/13, 11/3, and 12/23-31
- Providers must have availability to pick up the listed shifts
- Board certification required (minimum board certification eligible)
- Active Oklahoma license or IMLC required to bid
- Estimated credentialing timeframe of 60 days
- Start date beginning 10/7/2026 with ongoing potential
