What You'll Do: - Conduct daily rounds on newborns in the Level 1 nursery
- Attend deliveries and provide immediate neonatal care as requested
- Stabilize, manage, and facilitate transport of newborns to higher-level NICUs in Charlotte or Gastonia
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of NNPs and neonatologists in a newly established unit
- Participate in on-call duties from home during night shifts
- Support the growth and development of the new neonatal unit in Belmont
What You Need: - Current NNP Board Certification (no FNPs or other NPs accepted)
- 2+ years of recent NNP experience in neonatal care
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal stabilization and transport
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid North Carolina license or eligibility to obtain one
