What You'll Do:
  • Conduct daily rounds on newborns in the Level 1 nursery
  • Attend deliveries and provide immediate neonatal care as requested
  • Stabilize, manage, and facilitate transport of newborns to higher-level NICUs in Charlotte or Gastonia
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of NNPs and neonatologists in a newly established unit
  • Participate in on-call duties from home during night shifts
  • Support the growth and development of the new neonatal unit in Belmont

What You Need:
  • Current NNP Board Certification (no FNPs or other NPs accepted)
  • 2+ years of recent NNP experience in neonatal care
  • Strong clinical skills in neonatal stabilization and transport
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid North Carolina license or eligibility to obtain one
