Pay & Benefits
- Pay package discussed upon application
- On-Call Compensation:
- Daily on-call: up to $5,200 (per 24 hours)
- Holiday 24-hour call: up to $7,800
- Call back: up to $525/hour (after gratis hours)
- Holiday callback: up to $787.50/hour
- Orientation: $262.50 (pre-shift training)

What You'll Do
- Provide inpatient Gastroenterology consults for adult and geriatric patients
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as scopes, ERCP, and EUS
- Assess and manage GI bleed, GI problems, and related issues
- Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Support trauma and acute care levels within the hospital setting
- Document all procedures and patient encounters in EPIC EMR system
What You Need
Required: - Valid Colorado medical license
- Board certification in Gastroenterology
- ERCP experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical GI experience
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR (experience with Epic preferred)
Preferred: - Experience in Level 1 Trauma settings
- Ability to work independently during on-call hours

This assignment is at a leading facility in Lakewood, a Level 1 Trauma Center providing comprehensive inpatient GI services. The provider will perform endoscopic procedures, evaluate GI issues, and work in a team supporting trauma and emergency services. Providers must complete credentialing and EMR training prior to start.
