Description Under the general supervision and mentorship of the Principal Investigator, the Staff Research Associate III will work full-time on the design and execution of research projects involved in understanding the development, progression, and treatment of Peyronie’s disease, erectile dysfunction, and other genital disorders. Other research topics will include molecular and cellular topics in andrology, such as sperm and semen multi-omics, testis biology, tissue fibrosis, inflammation, endothelial and smooth muscle dysfunction, and the role of sex hormones in male and transgender clinical conditions. The SRA III will be expected to perform techniques including, but not limited to:
* Cell and tissue culture, maintaining a frozen tissue bank, procuring tissue from established sources, molecular biology, protein assays, microscopy, and other typical bioengineering laboratory duties.
