GENERAL SUMMARY:      Assists provider in hospital and clinical setting with documentation. Will round with provider in hospital documenting patient interactions, diagnoses and place orders for doctor review. Working in clinical setting with provider to assist with documentation and building of orders as directed. Other job duties as needed or required. REQUIREMENTS:      High school education, certification, degree or equivalent. Computer skills required. Knowledge of medical terminology required. Able to flex his/ her work schedule to meet the demands of the provider. Must provide a positive image of the clinic and hospital to the community. Work is fast paced requiring ability to independently prioritize work and meet varied deadlines.  Work is of medium demand requiring walking, sitting, standing, stooping and bending. Must become knowledgeable about facility policies.
