Senior Research Technician, Medicinal Chemistry The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is seeking a synthetic chemistry research technician to work in the Medicinal Chemistry Core. The Core is led by industry-trained medicinal chemists with many years of drug discovery experience and serves as a resource for collaborators across DFCI and the Longwood Medical Area, especially those working within the Chemical Biology group. The Romee lab described human memory-like NK cells with enhanced anti-tumor activity and in a first in human clinical trial demonstrated safety and promising activity of these cells in advanced AML patients. We are currently testing these memory-like NK cells in combination with novel immune-modulatory agents in patients with advanced malignancies including AML, MDS, platinum refractory head and neck cancer and multiple myeloma.
