Patient Experience Representative Team Leader oversees the performance of PER’s and ensures best practices are observed. Addresses training gaps as needed. Provides for the training and integration of new PER’s. Implements process change as requested by Manager or Solutions Administration. Refocuses team members as necessary to ensure professionalism is consistently observed. Demonstrates excellent customer service and coaches that behavior in PER’s.
Additional Responsibilities:
Demonstrates appropriate judgment with asking for Managerial support when faced with issues beyond scope of responsibility
Works to reduce and remove barriers to patient access by ensuring all PER’s have a sufficient grasp .on the need for patient accommodation by making sure same day appointments are offered when schedules have openings or offering alternative providers when appropriate.
