Homer, AK Full Time Work Hours: 8 Hours 3/8/2025 POSITION PURPOSE: Provision of excellent customer service to our customers, employees, visitors and vendors while maintaining positive community relations and performing the duties of the Switchboard Operator and Front Desk reception. The Customer Service Representative must be able to communicate effectively and pleasantly both on the phone and in person. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: The Customer Service Representative position requires the incumbent possess the minimum of a high school diploma and two to three years of experience in computerized hospital patient accounts is preferred. This individual should be able to operate such general office machines as a typewriter, computer, adding machine by touch, photocopier, FAX and multi-line switchboard phone system.
