Description Location/Department: Behavioral Health & Addictions Services Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide behavioral health services to patients. The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner will provide medication evaluations and management to a range of patient with behavioral health needs, including substance abuse disorders. The primary concern of this Nurse Practitioner is to manage medication for patients currently receiving therapy-based services. Minimum Requirements Master’s Degree or equivalent majoring in: Advanced Practice Nursing. Licensed as a: APN by Indiana State Board of Nursing and Certified as a Nurse Practitioner by A certifying board of nurse practitioners.
