The Nuclear Medical Technologist will use independent judgement to perform a variety of procedures utilizing top notch nuclear medicine equipment. This position actively collaborates with a variety of departments and colleagues including physicians and specialists. Patients often require services due to (but not limited to) cardiac events and oncology needs. Memorial Medical Center is a 500 bed teaching hospital affiliated with Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. Schedule Full Time, Day Shift 7:30am-4:00pm

Using independent judgment, perform a variety of procedures utilizing nuclear medicine equipment and Hybrid PET/CT scanner. Schedule Full TIme, Day Shift 9:00AM-5:30PM No Weekends

Works closely with radiologist to perform, clinical diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine testing contributing to the efficient operation of the department and promoting the philosophy, to ensure the quality and continuity of patient care.  Maintains the standard of care delivered to infants, toddlers, preschool and school age children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
