Departmental Overview Compensation / Benefits $13.21-$21.58/hr depending on previous work experience. Evening differential $1.50/hr. Night differential $1.75/hr. Weekend differential $1.75/hr. Our patient care tech ratio can range from 8-16 patients. Our care team includes a Charge Nurse, staff nurses and patient care techs with support from respiratory, lab, and case management departments.
