Kokomo, IN The Dixon Rd office is a multi-specialty office that includes primary care, internal medicine, pediatrics, surgery clearance, transitions clinic, ENT, and audiology. There are a total of 12 healthcare providers. We serve patients from newborn to geriatric. Providing well child visits, adult annual visits, follow up hospital visits, sick visits for children and adults. The ENT evaluates/treats and performs surgery for various sinus, ear and throat conditions . Our audiologist can perform hearing tests on almost any age of patient and provides hearing aid services to all of our patients over the age of 18.
