Responsibilities The Semel Institute is seeking to hire a Fund Manager to complete the following duties: Prepare monthly budget reports and fiscal projections on all grants. Review, analyze and reconcile general ledgers. Serve as fiscal liaison on behalf of the department. Advise Principle Investigators on all financial issues. Interpret fiscal policy and procedures. Review award synopsis, agency notice of award and transfer of funds. Review payroll and non-payroll expenses. Audit and manage purchasing agreements, contracts, purchase orders, etc. Provide budget management, funding analysis and recommendations. Advise P.I. on proposal submissions. Conduct Variance Analysis. Analyze fiscal impact to the department's budgets on all fiscal actions. Prepare special reports. Maintain working knowledge of contract and grant policies.
