Responsibilities FOCUS, or Families OverComing Under Stress, is a program that helps military families manage the challenges of deployment and reintegration. As the FOCUS Resilience Trainer, your key duties include: •Facilitate delivery of the FOCUS model, a manualized family training intervention and group workshops for military parents and children •Complete and document individual intakes/orientations and psychological assessments with family participants and service encounters •Assist with program outreach within the military community •Oversee and/or ensure tracking and monitoring families' participation in services •Complete short-term tracking of families that participate in the program NOTE: •This position is based at Camp Pendleton, CA. •This project is funded by the United States Department of Defense – Office of the Secretary of Defense.
