HCA Healthcare is seeking a compassionate CV Prep Recovery RN to join our cardiovascular team. In this role, you will provide pre- and post-procedural care for patients undergoing cardiac and vascular interventions. Responsibilities include patient assessment, IV starts, hemodynamic monitoring, medication administration, sedation recovery, and discharge teaching. You will collaborate closely with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure safe, efficient patient flow and excellent outcomes. Join HCA Healthcare as a CV Prep Recovery RN supporting cardiovascular patients before and after procedures. In this role, you'll perform focused assessments, prep patients for cath lab or surgical interventions, and provide close post procedure monitoring, including hemodynamic and rhythm assessment. You'll coordinate pain management, titrate IV medications within protocol, and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition. Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence based, patient centered care while educating patients and families on recovery, discharge instructions, and follow up care.
